These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dream Earn mobile application, website, and related services.

By creating an account or using Dream Earn, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

1. Using Dream Earn

You may use Dream Earn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the instructions provided within the application.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your account credentials.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account.
• You must not create or operate accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Tasks and Campaigns

Dream Earn allows campaign creators to publish promotional or engagement tasks for other users to complete.

Task availability, instructions, reward amounts, eligibility, and campaign duration may vary between campaigns.

Users must follow the specific instructions provided for each task and complete the required work before submitting proof.

4. Task Completion and Rewards

When a user completes an eligible task according to the application's existing task flow and submits the required proof, the applicable reward may be credited according to the task's configured reward rules.

Rewards may include Standard Coins and, where applicable, Dream Coins or VIP-exclusive rewards.

Task availability and rewards are not guaranteed and may depend on campaign configuration, eligibility, available campaign funding, or other applicable conditions.

5. Proof Submission and Creator Review

Users may be required to submit proof showing that they completed a task.

Submitted proof may be visible to the relevant campaign creator for review.

A creator may report proof that appears fake, incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the task requirements.

A report does not by itself determine the final outcome of a dispute. Reported cases may be reviewed by Dream Earn administrators using the available task, proof, account, and activity records.

6. Anti-Cheat, Fraud, and Penalties

Users must not manipulate, falsify, automate, or otherwise abuse task completion, proof submission, rewards, or other Dream Earn systems.

Where a reported task is determined to involve invalid, fake, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited completion, the applicable account penalties may be applied according to Dream Earn's existing anti-cheat rules.

Where applicable, the penalty may be calculated as two times the relevant Standard Coin task reward. Where the applicable reward amount is not greater than zero, the configured penalty may be 200 Standard Coins.

Penalties may include Standard Coin deductions, strikes, trust-score changes, account restrictions, or other measures permitted by the service.

7. Appeals and Disputes

When a creator reports a user's proof, the affected user may use the available appeal or dispute process where applicable.

Dream Earn administrators may review the user's submission, proof, task requirements, creator information, account records, and other relevant information before making a decision.

If an appeal is approved, the applicable deducted penalty may be restored according to the existing Dream Earn rules. If an appeal is rejected, the applicable penalty may remain in effect.

8. Purchases

Purchase requests are submitted through the available Dream Earn purchase process and may remain pending until reviewed.

Purchase approval is an administrative action. Submitting a purchase request does not guarantee approval or crediting.

Users may be required to provide transaction references or other verification information for purchase processing.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the available withdrawal rules and administrative review.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not guarantee approval or payment.

Where a withdrawal is rejected, applicable reserved balances may be returned according to the existing Dream Earn withdrawal process.

10. Dream Coins and Standard Coins

Dream Earn may provide Standard Coins and Dream Coins as part of its reward and economy features.

Balances, conversions, fees, transfers, eligibility requirements, and other economy settings are subject to the applicable Dream Earn configuration and service rules.

Dream Coins and Standard Coins are digital in-app balances used within the Dream Earn ecosystem and are not presented as government-issued currency.

11. VIP Features

Certain tasks or rewards may be available only to users with an active VIP status.

VIP eligibility, benefits, rewards, and availability may be changed or updated according to Dream Earn's applicable service configuration.

12. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Submit fake or misleading proof.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized methods to manipulate task completion.
• Attempt to obtain rewards without completing the required task.
• Manipulate balances, transactions, rewards, or application data.
• Exploit software defects or security vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Use multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or gain unauthorized rewards.
• Submit fraudulent transaction information.
• Abuse the dispute, appeal, purchase, or withdrawal systems.
• Use Dream Earn for unlawful activity.

13. Account Restrictions or Termination

Dream Earn may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or other circumstances requiring account action.

Where appropriate, Dream Earn may review relevant records before taking account action.

14. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep Dream Earn available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security measures, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Changes to the Service

Dream Earn may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features, tasks, campaigns, rewards, or other service functionality when necessary to operate or improve the service.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, policies, legal obligations, or operating practices change.

When material changes are made, we may update the Effective Date shown on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.

17. Privacy

Your use of Dream Earn is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared.
