Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Dream Earn account without accessing or reinstalling the Dream Earn application.
To request deletion:
- Send us an account deletion request using the email address associated with your Dream Earn account.
- Include your Dream Earn account email or user ID so we can identify and verify the account.
- Use the subject line Dream Earn Account Deletion Request.
- We will review the request and take the appropriate deletion action after reasonable account verification.
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving your request, Dream Earn may verify that the request belongs to the account owner before processing the deletion.
Where deletion is approved, we will delete or remove the account information that can reasonably be deleted from our active systems, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, dispute, and regulatory requirements.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, transaction records, fraud prevention, security, dispute or appeal records, accounting requirements, or enforcement of our terms and policies.
